The fitting of the units and the bespoke carpentry was crucial and the carpenter/fitter was fab, really skilled and made sure I was consulted every step of the way. When challenges arose, as they always do, Justin dealt with them swiftly in a calm way. He cares, he is competent, he is completely transparent about every aspect of the process.
