We established ourselves a few years back and the company was born out of a successful building services parent company who has been trading over 10 years ago. Originally set up in the area of Forest Hill SE23 it allowed us to cover Lewisham, SE13, Catford SE6, Blackhheath, SE3 Greenwich SE10 and surrounding areas. Most of our kitchen & bathroom renovations involve us removing the complete kitchen or bathroom and start again with a blank slate. The kitchen & bathroom renovation will consist of new plumbing, drainage pipe work, electrical work, timber sub flooring for any new finished floors.
When a lot of this infrastructure is installed this can cause some damage to walls and ceilings so some building works will need to be completed. We cover all plastering and rendering, plaster-boarding to complete any kitchen & bathroom renovation or remodelling works.
When the infrastructure & plastering is completed we are ready to install the kitchen, bathroom, or shower fittings. This includes light fitting that need to be IP65 rated for bathrooms and kitchen lights need to be fire rated and heat detectors should be installed.
Kitchen & bathroom renovations can involve tiling, which can be completed with different finishes. There is porcelain or natural stone, which the most common tile that people choose depending on the cost of the cost of your kitchen & bathroom renovation or remodelling job.
